Empower yourself to take meaningful action before, during, and after a challenging event.
Learning how to be better prepared for a disaster can potentially save lives, protect property, and minimize the impact of emergencies. Presented by the Poway Fire Department, this free community workshop is being offered on three dates: June 8, September 21, and October 19.
Topics include emergency preparedness, home fire safety, wildfire and evacuation awareness, and home hardening/defensible space.
