⁉️Like many parents, María found herself answering endless questions like those from her kids. But it was her youngest son who got the wheels turning and encouraged the mom of three to churn out a series of books to answer those questions.

✨Join us as The North County Moms founder and author, María Felicia Kelley, appears on CBS 8 to discuss the launch of her new book, July Four: 7/4—the fourth title of the Celebrate the HoliDates® children’s book series—during the 250th anniversary of the USA.

✨Spurred by Constantine’s journey with Down syndrome, the series stands out for its mission: contributing a percentage of book sales proceeds to nonprofits that empower and support youth within the Trisomy 21, Down syndrome community.

✅ On June 1 start logging your reading time to earn rewards like ice cream, fair tickets and more
✅ Join us for kickoff events at all three Carlsbad Libraries on June 6

⭐️JULY FOUR: 7/4 is the 4th title, about the 4th of July, and an extra special release by the @celebratetheholidates children’s book series, celebrating our nation’s 250th birthday!

❤️With the enthusiasm and inspiration of her youngest son, Constantine, author Maria Felicia Kelley crafted this book as an introduction to the history of INDEPENDENCE DAY. She also includes an entertaining, fictional story with educational context, holiday history, and a recipe/activity.

🤍The series carries a mission rooted in Constantine’s story with a portion of sales donated to organizations supporting children diagnosed with Trisomy 21, aka Down syndrome.
