Our parent company, The Local Moms Network, kindly took a moment to check in with me about the Halloween book I wrote, “October Thirty-One: 10/31” — part of my children’s book series, Celebrate the HoliDates® and inspired by my youngest son, Constantine.

Chelsea DeBoer and her husband Cole are best known as the couple behind Down Home Fab, a popular home renovation series on HGTV, the third season of which just wrapped.  Chelsea first entered the public eye as a young mom on MTV’s 16 & Pregnant series; her daughter Aubree, who appeared on the show with her, is now 15.

Sara Shepard is best known as the author of the #1 New York Times bestselling book series Pretty Little Liars, which was turned into a television series. Recently, she has been writing a middle grade series, Penny Draws. The series follows a girl who draws to deal with anxiety—a character Sara says was inspired by her own two sons. We asked Sara to share more about Pretty Little Liars and Penny Draws in this week’s Meet a Mom Interview.
