Connecting with Nature Meditation and Qi Gong

Ranger Alejandro leads this guided, silent, breathing meditation and conscious observation through nature-inspired Qi Gong Moving Meditation workshop. Come with an open mind, wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat.
San Dieguito County Park – Lower Park address: 15936 El Camino Real, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
Meet near Area 7 (lower park). After entering the park, keep left until the end of the parking circle.
Parking fee: $5. All ages welcome.
