Spring Cleaning? The City of Encinitas and EDCO are holding a FREE document shredding event for residents!
The event will include on-site document shredding for up to two bankers boxes per household, household battery and electronic waste collection, bulky item donations, and a mulch giveaway.
Remember to bring your own cans/bags, gloves and shovel for mulch loading.
