Meet Ashley! She’s Sweat Circuit Del Mar’s Studio Manager. This month marks her one-year anniversary with one of Del Mar’s most popular circuit workout facilities!
I asked Sweat Circuit owner, Liz Merrill, what makes Ashley tick when she’s at work in the studio. Liz responded, “Fitness is Ashley’s passion. She inspires her Sweat Circuit members by walking the walk, first and foremost, and by being fit herself.” Her passion and people skills were a couple of the qualities that Liz says made Ashley a standout during her employment interview. And during that first meeting when Liz said, “‘Come workout with me,’ Ashley demonstrated those qualities and more.” Throughout her first year of employment, Liz considers Ashley’s accountability and leadership skills two of her most valuable qualities.
