Although I was inspired to share this post since February 9 is National Pizza Day, most people don’t need a special day to celebrate the tasty Italian-inspired, savory pie. In fact, pizza is a perennial favorite for many families, including ours! And this homemade version works perfectly on weekdays or weekends.
SET UP
Typically, we make multiple pizzas about once every five or six weeks as a family–wheat crust and gluten-free versions. But sometimes my husband can’t help himself and takes on the pizza assembly activity just because. It’s such a convenient and delicious crowd pleaser!
